Sec. 116.2. "Environmental investigation" means an identification and evaluation of lead hazards from nonstructural sources in a child's environment. The term includes the following: (1) Presentation of results of the identification and evaluation, including recommendations for reducing or eliminating exposure. (2) Education of the child's family concerning: (A) lead hazards found; and (B) temporary and permanent measures to protect the child from further exposure.
