Sec. 113. "Emergency patient", for purposes of IC 16-31 , means an individual who: (1) is acutely ill, injured, incapacitated, or helpless; and (2) requires emergency medical services. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-2 part.]
