Records; cancellation of commercial feed license

Sec. 32. (a) Each person required to pay an inspection fee or to report under this chapter shall keep records that are necessary or required by the state chemist to accurately indicate the tonnage of commercial feed or the number of small packaged pet and specialty pet products distributed in Indiana. The state chemist or the state chemist's agent may examine the records to verify statements of tonnage.       (b) Failure to: (1) make an accurate statement of tonnage; (2) make an accurate listing of small packaged pet or specialty pet products; (3) pay the inspection fee; or (4) accurately report any of the information required to be submitted under this chapter; is sufficient cause to cancel the commercial feed license of the person who fails to act or falsifies information under this subsection.
