Refusal, revocation, suspension, or conditions of commercial feed license

Sec. 25. (a) The state chemist may refuse to issue a license to any manufacturer or distributor who is not in compliance with this chapter.       (b) The state chemist may revoke or suspend a commercial feed license that is not in compliance with this chapter.       (c) The state chemist may place conditions that limit production or distribution of a particular commercial feed on any person who is not in compliance with this chapter.       (d) A license may not be conditionalized, suspended, refused, or revoked unless the applicant or licensee has been given an opportunity to be heard before the state chemist.
