Sec. 17. As used in this chapter, "product name" means the name of the commercial feed that: (1) identifies it as to kind, class, or specific use; and (2) distinguishes it from all other products bearing the same brand name. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-13-1(18).]
