Sale of livestock with destroyed or altered brand

Sec. 21. A person who knowingly sells or offers for sale livestock whose brand has been destroyed or altered for the purpose of concealing the identity of the owner of that livestock commits a Level 5 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-14-14(c).]
