Sec. 5. (a) The advisory board shall elect a chairperson, a vice chairperson, a treasurer, and other officers the board considers necessary. The chairman of the Indiana horse racing commission serves as secretary and is entitled to vote on all matters. (b) The records of the board shall be kept by the Indiana horse racing commission. (c) The office of the board must be at the same location as the offices of the Indiana horse racing commission. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-5.5-4.]
