Sec. 21. (a) The board may contract for the necessary office space, furniture, stationery, printing, and personnel services useful or necessary for the administration of this chapter. (b) The total administrative costs and expenses of the board may not exceed five percent (5%) of the annual assessments collected under this chapter. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-6-4-21.]
