Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "engaged in the production of milk" includes every person engaged in producing milk in Indiana or to be shipped into Indiana as a: (1) producer; (2) producer-distributor; or (3) producer-cooperative. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-6-2-1(3).]
