Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "other processing plant" means any place, premises, or establishment: (1) where milk or cream is received, processed, or manufactured; and (2) that is not specifically identified in this chapter. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-6-1-2(3).]
