Employment of veterinarians

Sec. 3. (a) A sufficient number of veterinarians shall be employed to meet the requirements of this chapter. The veterinarians must: (1) satisfy the requirements for an applicant to practice veterinary medicine set forth under IC 25-38.1 ; (2) be licensed to practice in Indiana; and (3) be accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture.       (b) The board shall supervise the veterinarians employed under this chapter.
