Sec. 11. All necessary expenses for carrying out the program under this chapter shall be paid equally by the state and the county. However, any federal funds that are available for the program shall be used, and the expenses paid by the state and county shall be reduced pro rata. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-13.]
