Sec. 25. A person who knowingly: (1) makes a false entry or statement of fact in a report required to be made under this chapter or in any account, record, or memorandum kept by a person subject to this chapter; (2) fails to make full, true, and correct entries in the accounts, records, or memoranda of all facts and transactions pertaining to the person's business; (3) removes out of Indiana or damages, alters, or falsifies documentary evidence of a person subject to this chapter; or (4) refuses to submit to the state veterinarian or board or to the state veterinarian's or board's authorized agent for the purpose of inspection and taking copies of documentary evidence of a person subject to this chapter in the person's possession or within the person's control; commits a Level 6 felony.
