Sec. 6. The state veterinarian may, subject to the approval of the board: (1) organize the personnel and functions of the board into divisions and subdivisions; (2) delegate responsibilities to the divisions and employees; and (3) consolidate, divide, or abolish the divisions and subdivisions; as necessary to carry out the state veterinarian's powers and duties and the powers and duties of the board.
