Sec. 21. The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that are reasonable and necessary to discharge the duties imposed on the board by law and to implement this article, IC 15-18-1 , and IC 15-19-6 . [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-3-19.]
