Meetings; quorum

Sec. 10. (a) The board: (1) shall hold quarterly meetings at the board's office in Indianapolis, during January, April, July, and October of each year; and (2) may hold special meetings upon the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the board.       (b) Six (6) members of the board constitute a quorum to transact business.
