Sec. 78. "Officially designated laboratory" means: (1) a commercial laboratory authorized and certified by the board to do official work; or (2) an industry laboratory authorized and certified by the board to do official work. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-32.9.]
