Sec. 6. "Approved slaughtering establishment" means an establishment operating under: (1) the federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.); (2) the federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 451 et seq.); or (3) IC 15-17-5 . [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-4.5.]
