Indiana Code § 15-17-2-55

"Milk"

Sec. 55. "Milk" means the lacteal secretion practically free from colostrum that: (1) is obtained by the complete milking of healthy dairy animals; and (2) meets a definition and standard of identity for milk adopted by the board under IC 4-22-2 . [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-28.4.]
