Indiana Code § 15-17-2-46

"Licensed and accredited veterinarian"

Sec. 46. "Licensed and accredited veterinarian" means a veterinarian: (1) licensed by any state; and (2) accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture under 9 CFR Subchapter J to perform official functions. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-26.]
