"Grade A dry milk and whey products"

Sec. 35. "Grade A dry milk and whey products" means milk products that have been: (1) produced for use in Grade A pasteurized or aseptically processed milk products; and (2) manufactured under the federal Food and Drug Administration "Grade A Condensed and Dry Milk Products ─ Condensed and Dry Whey Supplement I to the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance".
