Sec. 32. "Food" means the following: (1) All articles used for food, drink, confectionary, or condiment whether simple, mixed, or compound. (2) All substances or ingredients used in the preparation of the items described in subdivision (1). [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-19.7.]
