Sec. 21. (a) "Consignor" means any person consigning, shipping, or delivering animals for sale, resale, or exchange. (b) The term includes any person who causes animals to be transported or who delivers animals to a livestock auction market for the purpose of sale. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-12.]
