Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally transports a domestic animal identified as a reactor with other domestic animals, except where the other domestic animals are being transported for immediate slaughter, commits a Level 6 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-21-5.]
