Sec. 3. (a) The board may adopt rules concerning the following: (1) Annual or biannual renewal of any class of license issued under this article. (2) A common renewal date for each class of license. (b) The state veterinarian or the state veterinarian's authorized agent shall sign each license issued by the board. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-17-3.]
