Sales for immediate slaughter

Sec. 7. (a) An animal may be sold for immediate slaughter at a livestock auction market, community sale, or public stockyard.       (b) A person may not knowingly resell or divert for any purpose, other than immediate slaughter to an approved slaughtering establishment, an animal sold for immediate slaughter.
