Violation; imported pigs

Sec. 8. Feeder pigs that are imported, moved, or introduced into Indiana in violation of this chapter shall be immediately placed under quarantine and unloaded at a facility designated by the board. The truck or conveyance used to transport the quarantined feeder pigs must be impounded until compliance with this chapter is determined.
