Identification of pigs

Sec. 5. Pigs sold through: (1) stockyards; (2) livestock auction markets; or (3) places of business where pigs are assembled for resale, other than pigs sold for immediate slaughter; must be identified using an identification approved by the board before being moved from the point of sale.
