Sec. 5. If a vacancy occurs in the office of a director, the remaining directors shall fill the vacancy by appointing a temporary director. The temporary director shall be appointed from among the members of the association and shall hold office until the next annual election. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-7-5.]
