Sec. 11. (a) A special meeting of the members of the association may be called at any time by: (1) a majority of the board of directors; or (2) five (5) members of the association. (b) A majority of the members constitute a quorum to transact ordinary business not required by law to be transacted at the regular meeting prescribed by law.
