Indiana Code § 15-16-5-8

"Defoliant"

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "defoliant" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for causing the leaves or foliage to drop from a plant, with or without causing abscission. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3.6-2(8).]
