Sec. 34.5. As used in this chapter, "school" means the following: (1) A public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15 (1)), including a charter school. (2) A nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12 ) with more than one (1) employee. (3) The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired established by IC 20-21-2-1 . (4) The Indiana School for the Deaf established by IC 20-22-2-1 .
