"Licensed pesticide business"

Sec. 19. As used in this chapter, "licensed pesticide business" means any licensed person that owns, operates, or manages a business that is engaged in or professes to be engaged in: (1) using any pesticide product, including restricted use pesticides; or (2) making diagnostic inspections or reports to determine infestations of wood destroying pests.
