Sec. 15.5. As used in this chapter, "isolation area" means the area that is: (1) located within two hundred (200) feet of a community public water supply system production well that serves at least fifteen (15) service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least twenty-five (25) year-round residents; and (2) intended to protect ground water from direct contamination by pesticides.
