Injunctions

Sec. 71. (a) The state chemist may apply for a: (1) temporary; or (2) permanent; injunction restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate this chapter or any rule adopted under the chapter notwithstanding the existence of other remedies at law.       (b) A court may grant a: (1) temporary; or (2) permanent; injunction that the state chemist applies for under subsection (a).       (c) An injunction granted under this section shall be issued without bond.
