Sec. 68. A person may not dispose of, discard, or store any pesticide products or pesticide containers in a manner that may cause injury to: (1) humans; (2) plants; (3) animals; (4) wildlife; (5) lands; or (6) waters; except the pests that pesticide products are intended to prevent, destroy, control, or mitigate.
