Confidential information; disclosure of violation

Sec. 65. (a) Subject to subsection (b), the state chemist may, by rule, declare that information required under this chapter is confidential.       (b) Any findings related to a violation of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter must be disclosed to the alleged violator before a: (1) final determination is made; and (2) penalty is assessed.
