Sec. 59. A person may not: (1) detach, alter, deface, or destroy, in whole or in part, any label or labeling provided for in this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter; (2) add any substance to, or take any substance from, a pesticide in a manner that may defeat the purpose of this chapter; (3) use for the person's own advantage or reveal, other than to: (A) the state chemist; (B) proper officials; (C) employees of the state; (D) the courts of this state in response to a subpoena; (E) physicians; or (F) pharmacists and other qualified persons for use in emergencies in the preparation of antidotes; any information relative to formulas of products acquired by authority of section 61 or 64 of this chapter; (4) use or cause to be used any pesticide contrary to section 50 of this chapter; (5) use a highly volatile herbicide except on written permission by the state chemist; or (6) neglect, or after notice, refuse to comply with this chapter, the rules adopted under this chapter, or a lawful order of the state chemist or board.
