Indiana Code § 15-16-4-38

"Rodenticide"

Sec. 38. As used in this chapter, "rodenticide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for: (1) preventing; (2) destroying; (3) repelling; or (4) mitigating; rodents or any other vertebrate animal that the board declares to be a pest.
