Sec. 21. As used in this chapter, "storage" means the storage of bulk fertilizer by a person who: (1) manufactures or distributes bulk fertilizer; or (2) stores bulk fertilizer for personal use. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3-3(15).]
