Sec. 13. As used in this chapter, "mixed fertilizer" means any combination or mixture of commercial fertilizers: (1) designed for use; or (2) claimed to have nutrient value; in promoting plant growth. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3-3(2).]
