Sec. 13. As used in this chapter, "producer" means a person engaged in the business of producing and marketing corn in Indiana under: (1) the producer's own name; or (2) the name of an entity in which the producer has ownership. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-10-10.]
