Purdue University is designated and authorized as the agency of the state to receive: (1) cooperative funds from the United States Department of Agriculture for research, education, and marketing services as authorized in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1621 et seq.); or (2) any other cooperative funds provided by the United States Department of Agriculture for research, education, and marketing services.
