Sec. 29. The state seed commissioner may, by rule, define controlled conditions and satisfactory purity for the production of hybrid seed of any kind. A hybrid designation shall be treated as a variety name. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(m) part.]
