Cooperation with law enforcement officers; investigations

Sec. 20. The division shall do the following: (1) Cooperate with the law enforcement officers of the state in the detection of the violation of Indiana natural resources laws. (2) Conduct investigations as necessary to secure the evidence that may be essential to the conviction of alleged violators of Indiana natural resources laws.
