Sec. 2. The director may do the following: (1) Appoint and remove deputy directors. (2) Upon the recommendation of the deputy director of a bureau, appoint and remove all officers and employees of the bureau. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3-4 part.]
