Indiana Code § 14-8-2-97

"Flood flow"

Sec. 97. "Flood flow", for purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3 , means all of the water of a river or stream that exceeds the within-bank channel flow of the river or stream. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-3(9).]
