"Flood" or "flood water"

Sec. 93. "Flood" or "flood water", for purposes of IC 14-28-1 , IC 14-28-3 , and IC 14-28-4 , means the water: (1) of a river, stream, or lake: (A) in Indiana; or (B) upon or adjoining a boundary line of Indiana; and (2) that is above the bank or outside the channel and banks of the river, stream, or lake.
