Sec. 303. "Water containing state owned fish", for purposes of IC 14-22 , means any water on public or private land that: (1) permits ingress by fish from waters of the state; or (2) has been stocked with state owned fish. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-2-1 part.]
