Sec. 290. "United States" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3 , the following: (A) The United States government. (B) An agency, an officer, a board, a bureau, a commission, a department, a division, or an instrumentality of the United States. (2) For purposes of IC 14-32 , the following: (A) The United States. (B) The Natural Resources Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture. (C) Any other agency or instrumentality, corporate or otherwise, of the United States.
